Solvay Citizens Action Group is a collective of citizens who live, rent, work and play in Solvay, Lakeland and Geddes, NY, with a focus on the Village of Solvay, village neighbors, and proximity to Onondaga Lake. With the imminent remediation of Onondaga Lake, Solvay Citizens Action Group is committed to participating in re-igniting the spirit of Solvay, its citizens and perceptions via placemaking and innovative, solution-minded community objectives. Solvay Citizens Action Group encourages and fosters citizens to run for office, join boards and committees, attend local meetings and events and to inspire goodwill throughout the Village and Town through direct action.
